Classic Loaf is a well attenuated, highly effervescent saison brewed with spelt, raw Virginia wheat and crusty bread from our friends at Sub Rosa Wood Fired Bakery located in Church Hill. Fermented with a French saison strain in stainless, this beer is 100% bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Drie added.

Best With: wood fired pizza, arugula salads, psych rock and sunshine.
