Ruby hued with the bright aroma of fresh bramble berries, this beer’s pleasantly gentle body leads to a rather dry, rounded fruit finish, making it irresistible on a hot summer day.
Best With: Hardywood Virginia Blackberry makes a great pairing with summer salads, particularly a caprese salad with balsamic. Soft, spreadable cheeses such as camembert, goat cheese or Neufchâtel offer a pleasant contrast with the almost wine-like fruit character of Virginia Blackberry.
