acac Short Pump and Hardywood West Creek are teaming up to offer a monthly sunset yoga session. This just might be your happiest hour of the month!

A monthly collaboration between acac and Hardywood West Creek, at the brewery! We are excited to partner with acac to offer a sunset Vinyasa Yoga class, open to all levels, to round out your work week with ease. You’ll have a roster of our most experienced instructors taking you through a yoga flow that builds some heat, burns off tension then finishes with a well-deserved rest, all to leave you feeling renewed and centered. All levels are welcome; please bring your own yoga mat and whatever props you may need for practice.
