FOOLERY is a huge Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Massive chocolate, vanilla, and caramel flavors are preceded by aromatic hints of dark cherry, tobacco, leather and oak. Thick and rich, Foolery brings rounded bourbon character contributions from the barrels and a nice warming finish. 13% ABV. BLACK FOREST CASSOWARY is an imperial milk stout transformed into a bold and assertive delicacy with the addition of black cherries, vanilla beans, and cacao nibs. The nose is dominated by aromas of bakers chocolate and vanilla bean while refermentation on heaps of black cherries gives the beer a silky texture reminiscent of a black forest cake. 11% ABV.

COCONUT CASSOWARY: Cloaked in black and crowned with vibrant color, the cassowary is the embodiment of prehistoric grace and primal ferocity. Our imperial milk stout is equally bold and unapologetically rich, presenting a balanced aroma of chocolate truffle and dark fruits followed by leather, toffee and almond that linger on the palate and earn the name Hardywood Cassowary; a graceful behemoth in the beer world. We’ve finished our Cassowary on toasted coconut! 11% ABV.
