Run with the SPCA Running Buddies, a volunteer-based group who helps to exercise and socialize the shelter dogs by bringing them on a run. Humans of all ages and ability are welcome but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

WHEN: Every 3rd Thursday from May through October starting at the SPCA facility promptly at 5:30pm and ending at the brewery. Stick around for Food Truck Court and a beer – you earned it!

WHAT: The run is roughly 2.25 miles long. The run starts at the Richmond SPCA at 5:30 p.m. and then end here. We welcome any level of runner, but the group led by the Running Buddies volunteers and their dogs will complete the 2.25 mile route in 30 minutes. We’ll try and post information about each month’s featured dog in the discussion section before each run.

COST: FREE to attend! No pre-registration required.

With the exception of our adoptable guest, this is a human-only run. Please leave your dogs at home or with a friend who awaits your return to Hardywood for some Food Truck Court fare.
