PETIT SOLEIL // MIXED FERMENTATION TABLE BEER

Petit Soleil is a 4.6% ABV mixed fermentation ale with saison yeast and brettanomyces. Bright gold in color and naturally conditioned for tight, prickly carbonation, this beer’s pineapple, spiced apple and pear esters blend with notes of straw for a mellow, but complex table beer.
