Celebrate Galentine’s day with your best gals and some self-defense training!

This women’s self-defense workshop will be run by the Richmond Police Department and include classroom instruction as well as hands-on training. Register for free HERE

Bring your mom, bring your daughter, bring your best friend. Come discuss questions, concerns, and ways to literally tackle the obstacles ahead (or behind) you.

The class is free to attend but donations are requested, as ALL proceeds go directly to Safe Harbor RVA. Safe Harbor offers comprehensive services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking.

6:30-8:30 Workshop, involving demonstrations, hands-on instruction, Q&A
