2018 Family Tree Beer Club membership costs $295 + tax.
About 150 memberships are available to the public through this lottery. There will be a total of 300 members in the 2018 Family Tree. 2017 club members were invited to join the 2018 club in advance
It’s easy! Submit your email address above by Tuesday, November 7. Hardywood will select new members at random and inform them by Friday, November 10. At that time, selected members will be invoiced for their membership.
By entering the lottery, you are committing to joining the Family Tree and paying the 2018 dues. Please only enter the lottery if you are serious about joining the Family!
2018 Family Tree Beer Club membership lasts from January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018. Club membership communication will start in 2018.
2018 package pick-up dates and event dates have not yet been set. But don’t worry, we will offer you plenty of notice!
If a member or proxy is unable to retrieve a package on the first available date, we will hold it on-site until the member or proxy is available (package pick-up must occur during regular public taproom hours or by appointment). All member packages must be claimed by Jan. 1, 2019.
We are not currently shipping Family Tree member packages. If you are interested in joining our Family Tree from out-of-town or out-of-state, you are welcome to register a proxy to retrieve your packages from the brewery and coordinate delivery to you. We will collect proxy information from you when your membership is purchased!
Yes, and here's how it works:
·Proxies must be named by the member during enrollment. Family Tree member packages will only be given to a member or a registered proxy. To update member information or change a named proxy, please email Jillian at firstname.lastname@example.org.
·Proxies must be confirmed by the member to our team and present a valid photo ID to receive a member's curated seasonal packages. If these two requirements are not met, the package will be held safely at the brewery for the Family Tree member. All packages must be claimed by Jan. 1, 2019.
·It is the responsibility of the Family Tree member and their proxy to coordinate shipment/delivery of packages to the member.
Your generosity brings joy into our hearts, and we want to make sure you have an opportunity to share a Family Tree membership with the beer lovers in your community! If you are selected to join the 2018 Family Tree, you may share the membership as a gift by completing the appropriate sections of the enrollment form with the name and contact information of the recipient. Please note that we are unable to accommodate shipping for Family Tree membership packages. All packages must be picked up at the brewery by a member or a registered proxy.
Your Family Tree membership purchase is non-refundable. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email Jillian at Familytree@hardywood.com to inquire about your options.
