Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park when I visit Hardywood West Creek?

Hardywood West Creek offers approximately 200 free on-site parking spaces, including 10 van accessible ADA spaces. For life safety reasons, parking in fire lanes is strictly prohibited and illegally parked vehicles will be towed. On busy event days, when on-site parking is full, an overflow lot across West Creek Parkway will typically be available for Hardywood guests. Hardywood hopes to add more on-site parking in the future.
Overflow Parking:
On event days, when all legal parking spaces are occupied at Hardywood West Creek, the overflow lot directly across West Creek Parkway (420 yards from lot entrance to Hardywood’s front door) will typically be opened, and parking attendants will direct incoming vehicles into this lot. Parking in the private overflow lot is $3 per vehicle. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted forms of payment. This charge does not quite cover Hardywood’s cost of using this lot, which includes a per-vehicle charge, parking attendants, insurance, and stadium light/generator rental.
Hardywood West Creek is halfway between Midlothian and Short Pump, and is a 20 minute drive to Hardywood’s downtown Richmond brewery. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs all service Hardywood West Creek, with a typical wait time of about 6 – 8 minutes for the arrival of a ride.

How can I see which beers are on draft?

The West Creek brewery boasts 20 taps, so you’re sure to find a great lineup of options. Check our draft list on Untappd for the current offering.

Are dogs allowed on the property?

Dogs are allowed on our expansive outdoor grounds, on a leash. Dogs are not allowed in the taproom at this time.

Can I make a reservation? What if I’m coming with a large group?

Our new West Creek brewery offers ample room for large groups. We don’t take reservations, but come on by! There’s plenty of room.

Do you offer food trucks?

A rotating variety of food trucks frequent West Creek. Check our Facebook page for details on which trucks will be present each day. Starting April 11, Wednesdays are Food Truck Court, when we’ll have a large assortment of options! We also sell local snacks and non-alcoholic beverage options like Snowing In Space Coffee and Blue Ridge Bucha.
