West Creek Cider (Premium Dry Cider - 6.2%ABV)

Produced with only Virginia apples results in a crisp, dry, and just a little tart cider. We used Winesap, Golden Delicious, and Granny mith in our apple blend, and we used a Vinho Verde (Portuguese white wine) yeast strain.
