Hardywood is proud to offer some of the best private event venues in the Richmond region.
Our event spaces are casual yet refined, with customizable layouts that can suit many occasions. For group sizes ranging from 10 to 2,500, our events team is here to ensure your next corporate presentation, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, wedding shower, retirement party, fundraising event, or other private event is a successful and memorable occasion.
We offer private event space at both Hardywood Richmond, in Greater Scott’s Addition, and Hardywood West Creek, on the west end of Richmond.

before submitting your event
Event space availability is determined around our production, packaging and public events schedules.
Our event space is wonderful for bachelor, bachelorette, engagement parties, baby showers, and informal rehearsal dinners. While we don’t host wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions will be considered on a case by case basis.
We open up private event booking 12 months in advance of your event. If you are interested in hosting an event with us on a date that is further than 12 months out, please send an inquiry and we will stay in touch!
Private Outdoor Space
We have three private gazebos and four fire pits available for rental on the edge of our West Creek lawn, tucked into the wildlife. Gazebo rentals are available for groups of 15 people or less, with the ability to rent multiple. Fire pits are available for groups of 6 people or less.
