This rare Wheatwine begins with a malt bill composed of 60% Weyerman Wheat Malt, 30% Simpsons Marris otter Malt, 5% CaraAmber Malt, and 4% Gambrinus Honey Malt, boiled for an extended time to develop a rich, complex base. After fermentation, the beer was carefully transferred into premium Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey barrels in December 2021. Over the course of 36 months, these barrels have imparted a sophisticated depth of flavor, resulting in a truly exceptional beer.

Pouring a gorgeous burnt umber color, this Wheatwine greets the senses with the inviting aroma of toasted wheat, gentle rye spice, and a touch of sweetness. On the palate, waves of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel unfold, with hints of cherry and chocolate adding layers of complexity.
