Please keep in mind, this is a curated market with limited space. You will only hear from us if you are selected for the event. Keep an eye on the website to see if we have filled it. NO FOOD TRUCKS, GLITTER, CONFETTI, FACE PAINTING. NO HEMP/CANNABIS BASED PRODUCTS.
EVENT INFO: This event will be held OUTDOORS ONLY from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. 25 Spaces will be under a large tent, 8ft x 5ft of space (Bring your own 6ft table) and 8 vendors will bring their own tent (10ft x10ft) There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use. No power hook up available. The event host will contact you the day prior to each event with a map of the venue and your spot number. For everyone's safety no one is to load out until 5:00pm. You can access the loading zone out front of West Creek at 11AM. All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 6:00pm. Rain or Shine events, NO REFUNDS. Lightning will stop the event, please consult or Instagram and Facebook for updates. Organizer has the right to reject or expell anyone at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules or guidelines and/or causing problems for costumers or other vendors.)
PARKING: You can access the loading zone out front of West Creek at 11AM until 12PM, then park in the lot. Check in with an Artisan Event's Staff Member and have your spot number ready.
